Designing

To create a handmade leather bag, our designer must first create a detailed design that considers the bag's intended purpose, style, size, and features. This step is to make sure the final leather bag meets the customer's needs and exceeds their expectations.

Leather Selection

The quality of our bags begins with our careful selection of only the finest full-grain vegetable-tanned leather. This type of leather is not only the most durable but also ages beautifully over time, developing a rich patina that adds to the bag's character. Our artisans inspect each hide meticulously to ensure that it is free from any blemishes and built to last.

Leather Cutting

Cutting is a key step in handmade leather bag making. Our skilled artisans take the time to cut each piece by hand to ensure precision and a perfect fit according to a design skeleton. Handmade craftsmanship can maintain the natural grain of the leather, creating a one-of-a-kind bag that showcases the beauty of vegetable-tanned leather.

Stitching & Edging

Our skilled artisans create even and tight stitches, with no loose threads or gaps, bringing each bag to life with a beautiful bag shape. Once formed bag shape, We need to carefully sand and polish the edges to create a smooth and rounded finish.

Finishing

Before packaging, we thoroughly inspect the left and right outer edges of our handmade leather bags, checking for scuffs, irregular stitching, and other details. Then, add hardware. We apply edge paint to the leather edges and polish the leather to achieve a smooth and glossy finish to prevent fraying.
