If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, after the item has been shipped, it can't be canceled.

2. Shipping Times

Free shipping on all orders.

United States: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 6-15 business days after receiving the order.
Australia: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 6-9 business days after receiving the order.
United Kingdom: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 6-10 business days after receiving the order.
Canada: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 7-12 business days after receiving the order.

Please be aware that the package may experience delays of a few days due to extreme weather conditions or customs inspections during transportation.

3. Delivery address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order on the HOMJOU website, you will receive a shipping info email from homjou.com. Please check your email address. And when the tracking number is updated, we will notify you via email again. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
