Warranty Policy

In order to serve our customers and subject to the following disclamers and limitations, Homjou provides the following limited warranty. All Homjou bags are covered by this warranty and we make no other warranties.

30 Day Money-back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing. Once the returned item arrives back in Homjou' warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

1 Year Warranty

The warranty shall apply for a period of at least 1 years from the date of original purchase.

What does the warranty not cover?

Improper use
Cosmetic damage
Damage due to acts of nature
Accidents
Misuse
Negligence
Commercial use

If you discover a defect during the period to which this warranty applies, repair or replacement is subject to the proper notification and consent of Homjou.
